Take your steak up a notch by adding this incredibly tasty Garlic Herb Steak Butter! Steak is most definitely my fiance’s favorite dinner. We don’t eat it all the time, but when we do, we go all out.

The most important factors when making a really good steak are a great cut of meat that is cooked just perfectly. I’m actually still working on refining both my steak selection skills, as well as my indoor steak cooking skills. I leave the grilling to Daryl.

While our steak skills are improving, one thing I have down pat, is steak toppings. I love butter on steak. There is something magical about fat on fat, I guess?

Take your steak up a notch by adding this incredibly tasty Garlic Herb Steak Butter!
Ingredients
  • 4 Tablespoons butter * at room temperature
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic * minced
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley * minced

Instructions
  1. Mince the garlic and parsley and add to a small bowl with the butter. Mash everything together with a fork until well combined.
  2. To shape the butter, use silicone candy molds or plastic on a piece of plastic wrap, cover, and roll into a log shape.  Refrigerate until firm.
