INGREDIENTS
FOR THE SAUCE

  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

FOR THE CHICKEN

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS
TO MAKE THE SAUCE

  • Add all sauce ingredients to a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until starting to thicken. Set aside until all the chicken is done.
