7 banana menus
Bananas are among children’s as well as adult’s most loved fruits. They have a high nutritional value and contain fibers, calcium, proteins, carbohydrates, iron, vitamin C and minerals.
If you eat bananas daily, you’ll have a good digestion, you’ll get rid of fatigue, stress and anemia. A diet based on bananas and milk can be very efficient for young and healthy people.

Bananas contain a lot of sugar, meaning they have an increased number of calories (100 calories – a small banana), but these calories are easily assimilated and don’t end up as “puffiness”. Bananas aren’t indicated in case of drastic diets, but if you want to lose weight in a healthy manner, don’t avoid these fruits that will fill you up with energy all day long.
We thought we’d propose 7 banana menus that you can try at any time!
1. Typical breakfast: begin the day with a nutrient and vitamin rich breakfast! Put a handful of whole cereal, a low-fat yoghurt (with fruit if you prefer) and a sliced banana in a bowl. Add some raisins and a pinch of mint. This breakfast has 350 calories and is perfect for an entire day of energy!

Then add a cup of rice and a cup of milk and leave to boil for another 10 minutes. The pudding is served hot!
7. An unforgettable evening! For an unforgettable evening, you can prepare a banana-based exotic cocktail: In a blender put some strawberries (or any berries), 2 bananas, some water, coco flakes, rum, maple syrup or grenadine. Blend them until you get a thick cream. Serve with mint or strawberries!
