Abodong Pusit

Ingredients

  1. 2 lb fresh squid; cleaned
  2. 3 each cloves garlic; minced
  3. 2 tablespoon vinegar
  4. 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  5. 1 tablespoon water
  6. 1 salt and pepper to taste

Preparation method

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, bring ro a boil the garlic, vinegar, soy sayce, water, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add the cleaned squids while mixture is still boiling. Cook for another 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  3. Transfer cooked squid to a serving platter. Serve immediately.

Tip: Remove the transparent cartillage when clean squid.
