Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  1. 1 clove garlic, — peeled
  2. 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  3. 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  4. 1 salt and black pepper to taste
  5. 1 cup olive oil

Preparation method

  1. Put garlic in the food processor fitted with a steel blade and add mustard and vinegar.
  2. Mix quickly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Dribble oil into bowl slowly in a steady stream until it is thick and creamy and all the oil has been incorporated.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
