Banana Oat Smoothie

Ingredients

1. beverages, fruits, breakfast, low-fat
2. 1 cup nonfat milk
3. 1 pkg instant oatmeal, regular flavor
4. 1 whole banana, cut in chunks
5. 1 cup orange juice

Preparation method

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend on high speed for 1 min.
