Benihana Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup onion; chopped
  2. 1/4 cup peanut oil
  3. 2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  4. 2 tablespoon water
  5. 1 tablespoon ginger root; chopped,
  6. 1 tablespoon celery; chopped
  7. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  8. 1 1/2 teaspoon tomato paste
  9. 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  10. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  11. 1 dash salt & pepper

Preparation method

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor; process until almost smooth.
