Benihana Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup onion; chopped
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon ginger root; chopped,
- 1 tablespoon celery; chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 dash salt & pepper
Preparation method
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor; process until almost smooth.
Note: Per serving: 91 calories, 3 g protein 9 g. fat, 2 g. carb., 230 mg. sodium.
