Cheese Balls #2
Ingredients
1. appetizers, cheese/eggs
2. 1/2 lb grated cheese
3. 4 egg yolk
4. 1 oz seasoned flour
5. 1 oil for frying
6. 1 cup tomato sauce, as a dip
Preparation method
Blend egg yolks and cheese to a paste. Shape into small balls and pass in seasoned flour then fry in oil til golden brown. Serve with tomato sauce.
