Cholesterol decrease indicated food

The human body really needs cholesterol because many biological and chemical processes are based on it.

Unfortunately, in time people reached the preconception of associating cholesterol with cardiac diseases and, at the same time with a general ill state.

Cholesterol is divided in what the people call “good cholesterol” and “bad cholesterol”. The good one can be found abbreviated as HDL (High Density Protein) and the bad one as LDL (Low Density Protein).

The cholesterol level can be maintained at a level okay for the human body if some useful advice is followed and if fruit and vegetables are regularly eaten – for reducing the bad cholesterol level and increasing or at least maintaining the good cholesterol level.
