Crab Dip

Ingredients

  1. 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  2. 1 ds tabasco sauce
  3. 1    stick butter
  4. 1/2 t  garlic powder
  5. 1 lb white crabmeat
  6. 1/4 t  white pepper
  7. 1    small onion, finely chopped

Preparation method

  1. In a double boiler, melt the cream cheese and butter. Add the crabmeat and seasonings.
  2. Serve in a chafing dish to keep warm. Good with dip-size corn chips, in pastry shells, or crackers.
