Green chile quiche
Ingredients
1. 1, 9 inch, frozen pie crust shell
2. 1, 4 ounces, can chopped green chiles, drained
3. 1/4 cup ripe olives, quartered
4. 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
5. 3 eggs
6. 1/2 cup milk
Preparation method
1. Spread green chiles over bottom of pie crust.
2. Place olives on top of chiles.
3. Sprinkle cheese on top.
4. Beat together eggs and milk.
5. Pour over cheese.
6. Bake on cookie sheet in 375 degrees F oven 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted 2 inches from edge comes out clean.
7. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
