Grilled Chicken With Linguine and Pesto

Ingredients

  1. 1    (9-oz.) package Buitoni® – refrigerated Linguine, – cooked according to package – directions
  2. 1 lb grilled chicken, diced
  3. 3 T  olive oil
  4. 3    clove garlic, finely chopped
  5. 1    (7-oz.) package Buitoni® – Refrigerated Pesto with – Basil
  6. 1/2 c  chopped walnuts, toasted
  7. 1/4 c  grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation method

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook for 1 minute. Add chicken, pesto, linguine and half the walnuts.
  2. Cook until mixture is heated through. Top with remaining walnuts and Parmesan cheese.

Note: The toasted walnuts perfectly accent the grilled chicken and pesto in this quick and easy recipe. Serve with a prepackaged green salad and warm garlic bread.
