Mint Smoked Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoon dry white wine
  2. 2 tablespoon honey
  3. 1 tablespoon margarine; melted
  4. 1 teaspoon fresh mint; chopped
  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  7. 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  8. 8 lamb chops; 1 thick

Preparation method

  1. Mix all ingredients except 1 cup of fresh mint and lamb. Sprinkle 1 cup mint leaves over hot coals.
  2. Immediately cover and grill lamb chops 4-5″ from medium coals, about 6 minutes. Brush with wine mixture.
  3. Turn lamb; brush with wine mixture. Cover and grill about 6 minutes longer.
