Pickled Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb Fresh mushrooms, rinsed
- 1 medium Bermuda or Spanish – onion, sliced into rings
- 2/3 c white vinegar
- 1/2 c salad oil
- 0.13 t garlic powder
- 1 T sugar
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 1 ds freshly ground pepper
- 1 ds hot pepper sauce
- 1 pn parsley flakes
- 1 pn sweet basil
Preparation method
Combine all ingredients. Boil 3 minutes.
