Salsa Fresca

Ingredients

  1. 4    medium ripe tomatoes, – cored, seeded, and finely – diced
  2. 1/4    red onion, minced
  3. 2    jalapeno chiles, stemmed, – seeded if desired and – minced
  4. 1    bunch cilantro, leaves only – chopped
  5. 2 T  lime juice
  6. 3/4 t  salt
  7. 1 pn of freshly ground black – pepper

Preparation method

  1. In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients. Stir and toss well.
  2. Serve. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator no more than 1 day.
